Jeff Schwinkendorf

Jeff Schwinkendorf is a long-time golf executive having spent the last 25 years executing responsibilities associated with golf course design, construction, project management and operations. Jeff’s leadership spans all aspects of Green Lake Golf including project planning, design & construction oversight, company growth initiatives and client communications.

Under the prior employment of Wadsworth Golf Construction, the PGA TOUR and OB Sports, Jeff has been integral to the development and/or renovation of well over 150 golf course projects worldwide.

Just prior to his founding of Green Lake Golf, in his role as Vice President of Troon’s construction & renovation division, he had also overseen the efforts and scalability of significant company growth, most recently accelerated through its acquisition with OB Sports in 2019.

Notable projects for which Jeff was responsible prior to assuming his current role include the major renovation of TPC Potomac in Potomac, MD in 2008 and the development of Trintiy Forest Golf Club in Dallas, TX in 2015. Following the completion of the TPC Potomac renovation which included both the golf course and the clubhouse, the venue has hosted the Champions Tour’s Constellation Open in 2010. It was also selected by Tiger Woods to host his annual Quicken Loans National tournament in 2018 and more recently hosted the PGA Tour’s Wells Fargo Championship in 2021. In the case of Trinity Forest Golf Club, Jeff spent two years managing the construction of this prestigious project, a joint venture between AT&T, SMU and the City of Dallas. Despite all the regulatory obstacles, major environmental sensitivities and record flooding, the golf course opened on time in the fall of 2016. In 2018, Trinity Forest Golf Club became the home of the PGA Tour’s AT&T Byron Nelson tournament.

Jeff has a Bachelor of Arts in History and Landscape Architecture from the University of Washington in Seattle, WA and a Master of Science in Golf Course Architecture from The University of Edinburgh in Edinburgh, Scotland. Jeff and his family reside in Phoenix, AZ.

Jamie Cook

Jamie Cook is a finance veteran having spent the early part of his career as partner and CFO for OB Sports, a nationally recognized golf course management and development company. During his tenure, Jamie led all finance and accounting operations including the development and management of a $150M golf course portfolio. He helped secure over $100M of equity and debt capital to grow OB Sports’ portfolio.

After leaving OB Sports, Jamie worked as a CFO consultant for several real estate development companies to help them create financial proformas for their projects and manage the project cost accounting for client developments.

These proformas included development/construction budgets, financial projections and equity and debt capital structures. In order to create a successful capital structure, Jamie specialized in preparing profit distribution models—specifically, waterfall distribution and preferred return models—that aligned partners’ financial return expectations.

Along with his wife (a physician), Jamie co-owned and developed a healthcare real estate property where they currently own a medical and aesthetics practice. Jamie has a degree in accounting and finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and worked as a CPA. Jamie and his family live in North Bend, WA and Tucson, AZ.
